The individual price of each item purchased online is calculated with any promotional discounts applied when you check out. The price you see online is the price that you will be charged when your order is fulfilled.

A confirmation e-mail will also be sent to the e-mail address you specified, giving the details of your order. If you can’t find this confirmation email, check your spam or junk mail folders. When your order is placed, the total amount of the order will be reserved from the account you used. This amount will only be deducted from your account when the order has been processed in store. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order is placed.
Your refund will be processed on the card you originally used to pay with, as specified on your online dispatch note. Please note: You cannot receive a cash refund for items purchased online.
We want you to be happy with your items. If for any reason you’re not, you may return items purchased online for a full refund, replacement or exchange, and items are returned in a saleable condition within 60 days of purchase.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the following refunds or exchanges: Masks that have been worn or with opened packaging.
We cannot accept items that have been altered or changed, unless there is a quality complaint unrelated to the alteration or change.
