We do our best to make sure that we have stock on hand of everything offered in our online shop.
The individual price of each item purchased online is calculated with any promotional discounts applied when you check out. The price you see online is the price that you will be charged when your order is fulfilled.
You can place an order from anywhere, but we only deliver to selected addresses within South Africa at this stage.
When your order has been successfully received by our system, you’ll see a confirmation page. A confirmation e-mail will also be sent to the e-mail address you specified, giving the details of your order. If you can’t find this confirmation email, check your spam or junk mail folders. Contact us if you have any queries about your order.
When your order is placed, the total amount of the order will be reserved from the account you used. This amount will only be deducted from your account when the order has been processed in store. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order is placed.
