However, a business can’t just focus on delivering a competitive advantage as a once off; to be successful, it needs to develop a sustainable strategy.
In this module, we will discuss the theory and practice of strategy as well as the role of operations management within a startup. We will also focus on financial management and financial practices specifically for a startup business.
